Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Orders cannot be refunded once they are dispatched.
  2. You can request your order cancellation by contacting us on the details provided on the contact us page.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch and are of the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our business and the uniqueness of the products we sell, our products cannot be returned after purchase for a refund.

However, if you do receive a defective product, you can contact us for an exchange. You can raise an exchange request at support@ruii.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please make sure that you mention the order number and attach an image of the product when raising the exchange request.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ruii.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping charges and responsibility of safely sending the products back has to be borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Things to Note:

  1. No exchange request will be accepted if the exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  2. The products you wish to exchange should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  3. In the case of Sarees with fall and/or pico done, exchange requests won’t be accepted.
  4. Make sure that the original packaging is not tampered with and that the price tags are in place.
  5. Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in cases where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about our product sizes on the product page.
  7. An exchange will be carried out depending on the stock availability.


Refund Policy (If applicable on select items):

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you think you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
