Shipping policy

We strive to bring you the best customer experience, so we only ship with reputed courier agencies. If there is no courier service available in your area contact us on the details provided on the contact us page.

All orders will be duly delivered to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@ruii.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Return the package to the delivery person and contact us on the details provided on the contact us page.

Domestic Order Delivery:

1. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2,000.
2. Orders are delivered within 18 to 25 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
3. Order processing for custom-made products takes 2-4 business days.

International Order Delivery:

1. Orders are delivered within 20 to 25 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
2. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.
3. The price reflected on the website is exclusive of the transaction fee, conversion fee, and shipping charges. Our store processes all payments in INR currency.
4. International orders may require 3-5 additional working days in terms of processing and delivery time.
5. Any import taxes or duties or fees payable upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
